Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your items from our delivery center on UL campus. Kindly select the pick-up option during checkout.

However, please note the following:

1. Pick-up orders are processed within 24 hours.

2. Only proceed to the pick-up center after you have received a notification that your order is ready for pick-up.

3. Come along with your order number as your pickup reference.

4. Pickup hours are 11 p.m - 3 p.m, Monday - Saturday.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

As of now, we do not accept exchanges and returns so please apply discernment before proceeding with your purchase. Please refer to our Exchange and Return Policy page for more information.

How can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only accepted on the same day the order was placed. Any requests for cancellation beyond that timeframe will not be accommodated if the order has been handed over to the logistics company or is already in transit to the delivery address. If you wish to cancel your order while it is still eligible, please contact us via phone or utilize the cancellation option in your account.
