Can I pick up my order?Yes, you can pick up your items from our delivery center on UL campus. Kindly select the pick-up option during checkout. However, please note the following: 1. Pick-up orders are processed within 24 hours. 2. Only proceed to the pick-up center after you have received a notification that your order is ready for pick-up. 3. Come along with your order number as your pickup reference. 4. Pickup hours are 11 p.m - 3 p.m, Monday - Saturday.

Do you have a physical location?As of now we do not have a physical location, we are an online retailer.

How can I cancel my order?Order cancellations are only accepted on the same day the order was placed. Any requests for cancellation beyond that timeframe will not be accommodated if the order has been handed over to the logistics company or is already in transit to the delivery address. If you wish to cancel your order while it is still eligible, please contact us via phone or utilize the cancellation option in your account.

How will I know when my order is out for delivery?We’ll send you an email along with a phone call as soon as your order is on its way. The delivery courier will also give you a call.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
