As of right now, we only do pickup and delivery within Monrovia. We deliver through local couriers and the cost may vary depending on the weight of shipments and location of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

As of right now, returns and exchanges are not accepted for products that have already been delivered to a customer, except in the rare occurrence of damage at the point of delivery, lost parcels, or if incorrect items were delivered by us.

Before dispatch, all products undergo quality checks. While we strive to deliver products in perfect condition, damage may occur during the delivery process. If you receive an order with damaged items, kindly inform us within 3 hours of receiving the order, specifying any unsatisfactory parts.

If any damage is observed, report it within 3 hours of receipt via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

After verifying your claim, we will either arrange for a replacement item to be sent or issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) if a replacement is unavailable.
Lost Parcels

In the event that your parcel is lost during transit, we will promptly notify you upon becoming aware of the situation.

An investigation will be initiated immediately.

If the parcel remains unfound within 3 working days of our notification, we will Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.
